Privacy Policy

Lull is a breastfeeding tracker with alarms that break through silent mode. This Privacy Policy explains how Lull handles information when you use the app.

Our approach

Your data is designed to stay under your control. Lull does not sell personal information, does not use it for cross-app advertising, and does not build advertising profiles.

Health and feeding records

Lull stores the feeding sessions, timers, notes, and related records you enter. By default this information is stored locally on your device. These records can describe the health of you and your child, and we treat them as sensitive: Lull does not sell them, share them with advertisers, or use them for advertising.

Notifications and alarms

Lull schedules local notifications and alarms on your device to remind you about feeding sessions. Scheduling is handled by iOS on-device and does not require sending your feeding data to us.

iCloud synchronization

iCloud synchronization is optional. If you turn it on, Lull synchronizes the data needed for that feature through your private iCloud database using Apple CloudKit. Apple handles that service under its own privacy policy and account settings. You can turn synchronization off in Lull or in your device settings.

Subscriptions and purchases

Lull purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Lull receives the subscription or purchase status needed to unlock the features you bought. We do not receive or store your full payment-card information.

Analytics and tracking

Lull does not include third-party advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can manage app permissions in your device settings, disable iCloud synchronization, and delete your locally stored Lull data by removing it in the app or deleting the app. Data previously synchronized to iCloud may also need to be managed through your Apple account and iCloud settings.

Security

We use platform security features and reasonable safeguards designed to protect information handled by Lull. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and you should keep your device and Apple Account secure.

Children's privacy

Lull is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Lull changes. When we do, we will update the effective date above.
