This page explains the basic rules for using PasteFlow, purchase details, and the boundaries of external services. When PasteFlow is provided through the Apple App Store, the end-user license is governed first by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA). This page does not replace that agreement or create a conflicting custom EULA.

2. 许可与合理使用
PasteFlow 是授权使用的软件，不是出售给您的软件。Apple 标准 EULA 规定了许可范围、复制和反向工程限制、外部服务、终止、免责声明及其他许可事项。您只能在自己拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上，按照 Apple 使用规则和适用法律使用本应用。
您不得利用 PasteFlow：
- 处理您无权访问、复制或传输的内容；
- 利用本应用实施违法、恶意、破坏性或未经授权的操作；
- 绕过 Apple 的购买验证、访问控制或本应用的安全机制；
- 侵犯他人的隐私、知识产权或其他合法权利。
3. 付费下载与购买
PasteFlow 在 Apple App Store 以一次性付费下载方式提供，不设应用内购买或自动续订订阅。具体价格、税费、可用地区、付款、退款及家庭共享（如适用）均以 Apple App Store 当时显示和适用规则为准。下载后，剪贴板历史、搜索、置顶、设置及 JSON 备份与导入无需再次付费。
4. 用户内容与备份
您保留自己创建或保存的用户内容的权利，并应确保自己拥有使用这些内容的必要权利。您负责保护本地剪贴板历史和备份文件。JSON 备份文件本身不加密；本地加密项目不会写入备份，您选择包含的其他敏感项目可能以明文出现。数据处理方式详见隐私政策。
5. GitHub 反馈与其他外部服务
GitHub 反馈会创建公开 Issue。请勿在 Issue 中提交密码、令牌、完整剪贴板内容或其他机密资料。GitHub、邮件服务、Apple App Store 以及您通过 PasteFlow 打开的其他网站和应用均是独立的外部服务；它们由各自的提供方负责，适用各自的条款和隐私政策。PasteFlow 不保证这些外部服务始终可用、准确或安全。
6. 更新、可用性与终止
我们可能为修复问题、改进安全性、适配 macOS 或调整功能发布更新。某些功能可能因系统版本、Apple 服务、地区、设备能力或用户设置而不可用。Apple 标准 EULA 规定的许可终止情形以及适用法律下的其他权利不受本页面限制。
7. 免责声明与责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，PasteFlow 及其功能按“现状”和“可用”提供。您应在清除历史、导入或替换备份、向外部应用粘贴内容前自行确认，并保留重要数据的独立备份。
本应用不保证不会丢失数据、不会中断、不会出现错误或适用于所有使用场景。对于因第三方服务、用户配置、外部应用、网络、系统故障或不当使用造成的后果，责任按 Apple 标准 EULA、适用法律和不可放弃的消费者权利处理。任何免责声明或责任限制均不排除适用法律不得排除的责任。

1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using PasteFlow, you agree to follow the Apple App Store rules that apply to you, the Apple Standard EULA, these product-specific notes, and the PasteFlow Privacy Policy. Do not use the App if you do not agree.
2. License and Acceptable Use
PasteFlow is licensed software, not software sold to you. The Apple Standard EULA governs the license scope, copying and reverse-engineering restrictions, external services, termination, disclaimers, and other license matters. You may use the App only on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s Usage Rules and applicable law.
You may not use PasteFlow to:
- process, copy, or transmit content that you are not authorized to access or handle;
- use the App for illegal, malicious, destructive, or unauthorized activities;
- bypass Apple purchase verification, access controls, or the App’s security mechanisms; or
- violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights.
3. Paid Download and Purchases
PasteFlow is offered as a one-time paid download through the Apple App Store, with no in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions. The price, taxes, territory availability, payment, refunds, and Family Sharing where available are governed by the App Store information and applicable Apple rules at the time of purchase. Clipboard history, search, pins, settings, and JSON backup and import require no further payment after download.
4. User Content and Backups
You retain rights in the content that you create or store and are responsible for having the necessary rights to use it. You are responsible for protecting local clipboard history and backup files. JSON backup files are not encrypted; locally encrypted items are omitted, and other sensitive items you choose to include may appear in plaintext. The Privacy Policy describes data handling.
5. GitHub Feedback and Other External Services
GitHub feedback creates a public issue. Do not submit passwords, tokens, complete clipboard contents, or other confidential material in an issue. GitHub, email services, the Apple App Store, and other sites or apps that you open through PasteFlow are independent external services operated by their respective providers and governed by their own terms and privacy policies. PasteFlow does not guarantee that external services will always be available, accurate, or secure.
6. Updates, Availability, and Termination
We may release updates to fix issues, improve security, support macOS, or adjust features. Some features may be unavailable because of the operating-system version, Apple services, territory, device capabilities, or your settings. The termination provisions in the Apple Standard EULA and any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law are not limited by this page.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PasteFlow and its features are provided “as is” and “as available.” Check your selections before clearing history, importing or replacing a backup, or pasting content into another app, and keep an independent backup of important data.
The App does not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, loss-free, or suitable for every use. Consequences caused by third-party services, user configuration, external apps, networks, system failures, or misuse are handled under the Apple Standard EULA, applicable law, and non-waivable consumer rights. No disclaimer or limitation excludes liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
